All Mail in Voting - How The Vote is Rigged for the Criminal Class.

Today President Trump spoke on the issue of rigged election, how in the case of California they plan to conduct a 100% mail-in election during the 2020 November General.  But here are the take aways, you can rig the system for the criminal class.  But how?

1. Steal the ballots from the mailbox
2. Force or contrive people to vote
3. Produce fraudulent ballets
4. Overwhelm the system with fake votes

Stealing Ballots

Ballots would be delivered via United States Post Office, by a carrier, not to an individual but rather to an address, an address listed on the records of the county registrar.  If the mail is received, then anyone can open that mailbox and see the mail, anyone could take the envelope that has the ballot.  That's against the law, only the person at the residence can check the mail, that is true, but criminals don't care about the law, that is why they are criminals.   So how do we prevent this?   We can't.  It happens every day in the U.S.A.   You can put a camera in your mailbox, but... the post office won't do anything about it.   How can we fix this?  Send all ballots via Certified mail with return receipts.  This would require the post person to get a signature and a photo id before turning over the ballot.  

Forced or Contrive People to Vote

This isn't that unusual, but what you do in that voting booth is private... but when you mail in your ballot things tend to change.  There is no a record of who or what you voted for that is tied to your address. Could this be used against you, of course it could.   Union workers are notorious for pushing votes, because it boost the unions political power, doesn't really matter the party, it's more the one who is being elected.  Another place where this happens is for elderly people, or for people who are feeble and frail both mentally and physically.   Also paying people to vote a particular way,  "If you vote X way, I'll give you $10 if you show me your ballot before you mail it."   This would be how I would contrive the vote.  It's totally illegal, but who would catch me, it's not like I'm doing it at the polls.

Produce Fraudulent Ballets

Here you might need an inside  man, someone who knows the printer whose printing the ballots, or someone in the voting office.  If you know the paper that is being used, the fonts, the styles of the ballot, it can all be reproduced on a cheap home computer.  Just duplicate, vote, and return.   For this reason each ballot would need a unique identifier and would have to have a key and verification system.  But even the best of these systems can be hacked.

Overwhelm the System with Fake Votes

By far this is the most draconian way of doing this.  A great example is how I've dealt over the years with junk mail.   Some company pays money to send me an application for a credit card with a pre-paid return envelope.   Well,  I tear up everything except the envelope, put it in the envelope and return it to the sender.   They just paid both ways of a trip with no response, just trash.  Junk mail.   The same could be done here,  knowing the address for the return ballots, tons of junk mail could be directed to these addresses, essentially overwhelming the system.    By doing this the office would have to take the time of opening the mail and must determine if it's a ballot or not. Time consuming work.

Could an election be rigged.... Of course it could.   Could the vote of the people be sabotage?  Yes.  I'm sure there are other ways...  please leave comments and I'll keep modifying this post.
